Night Owl

Just a goofy post! I wanted to draw a tree full of owls, but some owl photos creeped me out. So I drew one :)

Study

Tracy always does these amaaaazing speed paintings on breaks at Chuck Gammage Anim, so I wanted to give it try today.

I've also never tried colouring a grayscale painting before ... it's interesting.

So I realized halfway through painting that this was a photo of Emeli Sandé. :)
