Finally finished costumed life drawing assignment. I ended up running out of time on fixes, so I didn't end up doing what I had meant to do. But here they are!

Life Drawing Characters
Geisha and bride work in progress.
The lack of Photoshop and proper drawing materials at home is making me super anxious!
Can't wait to finish them when I get back to Oakville. :)
It just occurred to me that I never make work in progress posts.

A Chef and a Geisha
Hi everyone!
It's been such a busy time lately with portfolios and film work, sorry for the lack of updates!
Quick post with some watercolour life drawings from this week and last :)
Funny thing:
I studied Chinese brush painting for a few months when I was 7, and today's Geisha session was totally deja vu. I find myself really missing non-animation things lately ... like Chinese painting and flute-playing. Will start this weekend :)
Trying to do as many fast pencil-less watercolours as possible.

Animals
The weeks have been going by so quickly this past month! I find myself spending so much time on resumes and non-art related things. It's been a little smoother artistically and I've been receiving some unexpected positive feedback and encouragement from my friends. Thanks guys it means a lot <3
