Rachel Green

Besties

My best friend made my crummy weekend 10 times better.
Thanks for staying with me.

If you didn't I would have been a big mess :(

Pretty sure neither of us know how to fish in real life.

Monica Geller

More Friends fan art!
I love the season 1 outfits best, they're much less mainstream.

I guess Rachel is next!

Phoebe Buffay

Just finished watching all 10 seasons of Friends! :')

Phoebe's music is the absolute BEST no? Next to her fashion sense.

Lisa Kudrow was surprisingly different in the interviews after season 10. She had short brown hair and was super quiet and 'regular' next to Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox.
Comment and let me know if you're a Friends fan! <3 I'd love to know!

As usual, comments and critiques are always welcome.
Stay tuned for more Friends fan art.

Mini Tudors

Soooo over the past week,
my friend Dean and I have gone RETROCRAZY over this book, Cartoon Modern.

Check it out!

I've caught the sniffle bug this week, so art doing's been a little slower than usual. :(
I sat around all day freaking out about my art all day and then decided to doodle for the last hour before calling it a day, and they turned into some cute little cars.

Watercolour blobs on animation paper with colerase on top. White via photoshop :B

Good night all!

The Royal Winter Fair

Hey there!

It's been quite a while since my last post. But here they are! The good, the bad and the ugly.
My winter fair drawings D: It was such a strange drawing day.

That morning I overslept. I woke up 5 minutes before the arrival of my bus.
Thus it became a day without grooming or make up. But animals don't judge.

Llamas + turkeys + perogies + fudge + free food samples = SUBLIME HAPPINESS

I was so llama-high all morning :B They're the wonderfullest!
Rough, based on a 5 sec sketch from the fair

Some really crummy sketches of llamas and cowsies.
Llamas are SOOO much fun to watch. :)

There was a girl sleeping with them cows :)

Then I drew some birdies!
Also super fun.
(Copic markers and Prismacolour brush tip marker)

This one's my favourite:

Hope you liked them!

A drawing for giggles :)

Stuffs

Some old artwork I found on my mom's computer and decided to upload. :P I know I havn't drawn or posted in absolute forever, I'm really wondering where all the time has gone. D:

Toronto Zoo drawings from last year:

Drawings of people (for their birthdays) from last summer:

Caricatures of contestants of X Factor (I think) I LOVE drawing people from auditions.
They're all so unique and have such huge personalities! The last one is Isabelle Caro who speaks against anorexia.:
I love painting, but layout is not my thing.
I wish that one day the sky would rain beautiful layouts <3.
Old paintings:

Exterior painting
Hansel and Gretel illustration for World Literature class.
Character in BG from last year.

March 31st + Sketchbook

Last night, while being in an art plateau came across Victoria Ying's recently posts of her daily outfits. They're the CUTEST things ever! (http://victoriaying.blogspot.com/) It definitely looks like a lot of fun, and I've decided to give it a try. We'll see how long I keep it up for :)
March 31st
I was also looking through The Art of Monsters Inc. book, which is amazing for concept art. So inspired! Especially by Ricky Nierva and Jill Culton. I just did a few quick doodles before falling asleep last night, here they are :)

Watercolour sketches of friends on horrible paper.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! :)

Two posts in one day I know LOL. But I've recently gotten out of a schlump of art-sadness. Now I'm totally going through a phase of drawing drawing drawing like I don't have enough time to capture everything that I want to create :) Anyway, here's a little something I made for my roomies and all ya lovebirds out there :)

Here are some other things i made somewhat recently:

A tiny watercolor of sunny Port Canaveral, Florida.
I did this from the window of the cruise ship when I was on holiday this Christmas :)
A little colour study of my villain and a possible henchman.
Just for fun, done last week while in film hist lecture.
All of the above are done with watercolour pencils, although for the landscape I painted by dipping my brush into the pencil tips instead of drawing with them. Enjoy!

Some school work :)

I tried to keep this blog updated with out-of-school things, but that obviously didn't happen :P I PROMISE to do more personal artwork in the next few weeks :) Meanwhile here's my cheap attempt at a new post. Enjoy!

Facial expressions: 1) Laughing outrageously 2) Panicked 3) Flirtatious 4) Skeptical
Initially based on my friend Anita, but it eventually became a typical asian girl with her hair :P

Facial expressions: 1) Guilty 2) Exhausted 3) Very angry 4) Proud of himself
Based on a caricature of my friend Manu

 Have a macaque.

I still havn't made up my mind regarding his sexual orientation :P

Miss Aazzi, excuse my gross clean up :(

Critiques are always welcome :)
